2. Materials on the Service
2.1. The service may contain:

2.2. Materials may include, but are not limited to:

sound file collections;

3. Royalty-Free Materials
3.1. For materials marked as "royalty-free," the Operator confirms that it has obtained the appropriate rights or licenses from the copyright holders.
3.2. A separate license document may be provided to the user for such materials.
3.3. The user may use such materials in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement and the issued license.
4. Other Materials
4.1. Some materials may be sourced from publicly available sources or provided by third parties.
4.2. If a copyright holder believes that posted material infringes their rights, they may send a notice to the Operator.
4.3. Upon receipt of a substantiated claim, the Operator may:

temporarily restrict access to the material;

remove the material;

request proof of rights from the party that provided the material.
4.4. The Operator endeavors to review claims in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
5.1. A user posting materials on the service confirms that they have the necessary rights.
5.2. The user bears sole responsibility for posting materials that infringe the rights of third parties.
5.3. In the event of a confirmed infringement, the Operator may remove the material and restrict the user's access to the service.
5.4. Repeated violations may result in termination of access to the service.
6. Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
6.1. A notice of alleged infringement must include:

copyright holder's information;

proof of rights;

precise identification of the disputed material;

description of the infringement;

contact information.
6.2. The notice should be sent to the Operator's official email address listed on the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Operator is not liable for user actions that infringe the rights of third parties.
7.2. In the event of a dispute, the user agrees to independently resolve claims if the infringement occurred due to their fault.
7.3. The Operator may cooperate with copyright holders to resolve disputes.
