1.3. By using the website and/or the FL Mafia application, registering for the service, and/or paying for a subscription, the user confirms agreement with this Policy.

2. What Data We Process

Depending on the registration method:

When registering via email:

  • email address
  • password (encrypted/hashed)

When registering through third-party services (OAuth): Gmail, VKontakte, Telegram.

When using third-party authentication, the following may be transmitted:

  • email address (if provided by the service)
  • name or display name
  • account identifier (Telegram ID, VK ID, etc.)

Phone number is not required for registration and is not a mandatory condition for account creation.

2.2. Subscription and Payment Data

Subscription payment is processed through third-party payment providers. The Operator may receive a limited set of data from payment providers, including:

  • payment status
  • transaction amount and currency
  • transaction date
  • transaction identifier
  • masked payment details (e.g., last 4 digits of a bank card)

Sound Innovations LLC does not receive or store full bank card details of users.

  • accounting and tax reporting
  • display in the user's account dashboard

2.3. Service Usage Data

Comments posted by users are stored in the service's database and may be accessible to other users within the application's functionality.

  • AI assistant interaction history (if stored)

User queries may be transmitted to third-party technology service providers for processing. Data is used exclusively for providing the corresponding functionality.

2.5. Referral Program and Bonus Rewards

Within the referral program, the following may be processed:

  • accrual data
  • current bonus balance

When requesting bonus reward payout, the user may provide payment details, including:

  • bank card number
  • phone number (for transfer via SBP or mobile operator)
  • cryptocurrency address (USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin)

Provided payment details are stored in the user's system for facilitating subsequent payouts and are used exclusively for reward disbursement and accounting purposes. The FL Mafia service does not provide banking or payment services.

Users who post their own content provide:
