Payments & Refunds

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the payment procedure for the FL Mafia service subscription and the refund process.

1.2. Payment of the subscription constitutes the user's agreement to these terms.

2.1. Subscription pricing is listed on the website https://flmafia.app and/or in the application interface.

2.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

2.3. The Operator does not store full bank card details of users.

2.4. Payment may be made by bank card and other methods available through the payment provider.

3.1. The subscription is issued on a monthly basis.

3.2. By default, the subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period.

3.3. Funds are charged automatically on the renewal date.

3.4. The user may cancel the subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

3.5. Upon cancellation, access to the service remains until the end of the already paid period.

4.1. The user may submit a refund request within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of the subscription renewal charge.

4.2. The request should be sent to the Operator's official email address listed on the website.

4.3. Refunds are provided on condition that the service functionality has not been abused.

4.4. Abuse may include, but is not limited to:

mass downloading of content followed by a refund request;
repeated use of refunds to gain access without actual payment.

4.5. Refund decisions are made by the Operator on a case-by-case basis.

4.6. If a refund is approved, funds are returned using the same payment method, unless technically impossible.

5.1. After 3 (three) calendar days from the charge date, refunds are not available.

5.2. Refunds are not provided if the user has violated the User Agreement.

6.1. In the event of a technical error, double charge, or other issue, the user may contact the Operator for resolution.

6.2. Such inquiries are handled with priority.
